WEB ORDERS:
All items will be shipped via USPS. Orders placed via the internet are processed on a daily basis, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 1 P.M. will be processed the following business day, for example, orders placed after 1 P.M. on Saturday will be processed on Monday to ship a few days later. We will ship your order by United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. Priority Mail service includes: a shipping confirmation number & tracking number. This service is good throughout the continental United States. For orders outside the USA please contact us via e-mail at: sales@shivaii.com.
Shiva International Imports works diligently on having all items in stock at all times, however due to demand some imports may be more difficult to keep in stock. If this occurs we will communicate this information through e-mail and let you know when the items have been shipped. Thank you so much for you order today! We hope you enjoy your gifts. For any reason if you are not satisfied with your order, return the item(s) within 7 days for a full refund (excluding both orginating and returned shipping & handling fee's, which are paid by you). After 7 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sorry, no exceptions.
Please take a minute to tell us whether you want an exchange or a refund. Tell us the reason for your return so we can continue to uphold our standards. Add any comments you have about our products or service, and don't forget your order number, name and address. Include your daytime phone number in case we need to call you to clarify any information you've given us. Please carefully pack your item in its original packaging, insure your package, and prepay the shipping (we can't be responsible for uninsured packages). We don't accept C.O.D.'s or packages marked "bill recipient" via Federal Express.
Damaged items: You will receive an exchange, if that item is no longer in stock you will be allowed to apply the credit towards another item that is in stock. Damaged items must be reported via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Upon notification you will have 7 days to return the damaged merchandise to us otherwise an exchange will not be given. All returns must be sent prepaid - No collect shipments will be accepted. Items damaged by improper care or handling are non-refundable.
Return Authorization Number: To return an item, e-mail us at sales@shivaii.com. Please include your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) to place on the package. Any products returned to Shiva International Imports without an RA# will be refused.
